Join a Committee
FINANCE/ GROWTH COMMITTEE
Finance - Monitor and analyze income and expenses to improve overall profitability. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Growth - Assist in the overall growth of the Market Center. Work with Team Leader in identifying and attracting other associates to the Market Center. Help recruit talented agents to our market center.
EDUCATION/ TECH COMMITTEE
Education - Assist in the implementation of training programs to improve the overall productivity of the associates affiliated with the Market Center. Assist with the calendaring of classes and events.
Tech - Facilitate tech training to Agents through Command and KW Tools.
CULTURE COMMITTEE
Culture - Oversee all of the Market Center’s Cultural events within the Market Center or the local community, as well as fundraising efforts for charities for KW Cares, Love Fund and Sheila Caron Sunshine Fund.
